Symbol Meanings

Legacy & Our Logo

A Symbol of Strength, Balance and Protection

The logo honors Julianne’s Scottish lineage and the strong matriarchs who shaped her values – women who led with quiet strength, courage, and unwavering resolve.

The inspiration for our logo is a gold pendant, passed to our founder from her mother.

At the heart of the image is the Celtic Triskelion – 3 spirals – an ancient symbol representing strength through movement, progress, and resilience.

Interwoven with the Triskelion is the Celtic Dragon, a protector – fierce, wise & steady. It symbolizes the role we play for our clients: strong in strategy, generous with wisdom, and unwavering in our commitment to guard what matters most.

Auren, the Celtic Dragon

Auren

The Story of Auren: Guardian and Guide

In the earliest Celtic traditions, the dragon was never just a symbol of power – it was a guardian of wisdom, prosperity, and protection for the tribe.

Auren comes from the word aurum, meaning gold – the kind you build: the value of relationships, reputation, and lasting impact.

She is the legacy guardian of Tribeworks, representing our role with our clients and partners: protector of potential, guardian of growth, and keeper of collective wisdom.

Heritage & Hope

Our Clan

Further honoring our Founder’s Scottish lineage, the Ross Clan Crest contains a Motto which reminds us that success isn’t just an outcome – it provides inspiration.

The Strength of a Redwood Grove

Like redwoods, businesses grow stronger when they’re connected.

These towering giants endure for centuries—not because they stand alone, but because their roots weave together, creating resilience in every direction.

At Tribeworks, we help you build those lasting connections, ensuring your growth can weather any storm.
