After building and selling three companies, Julianne founded Tribeworks to be the trusted advisor she always appreciated – someone who asks hard questions, makes sense of messes, and walks alongside business owners.

Dayna brings over a decade of experience in sales leadership, team development, and strategic growth. She’s known for building high-performing sales teams, developing rising leaders, and cutting through complex challenges with insight and grace.
As a Certified Revenue Officer (CRO), she helps Tribeworks clients strengthen their sales systems, lead with clarity, and drive growth without burnout.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and German, Dayna is also a gifted trainer and fearless public speaker — equally comfortable in front of a boardroom or a room full of business owners.
